This treatment plan provides essential support across the key IVF/FET milestones and is suitable for most patients utilising acupuncture alongside their treatment.

What’s included

Individualised acupuncture treatment, personalised lifestyle and diet guidance, with herbal medicine available as an optional extra where appropriate. Sessions are scheduled according to your cycle and IVF/FET treatment schedule. An individual session is 60 - 75 minutes in length.

1️⃣ Pre-IVF / Pre-FET Preparation (2 sessions)

Scheduled in the 1–2 weeks before stimulation or FET preparation.

Supports cycle regulation, blood flow to the uterus and ovaries, and stress reduction.

TCM lifestyle advice.

Optional extra: herbal medicine.

2️⃣ Stimulation / FET Lining Preparation (2 sessions)

For IVF: one session early in stimulation and one close to the trigger injection.

For FET: one session during lining preparation and one close to transfer.

Supports hormonal balance, blood flow and emotional well-being.

3️⃣ Egg Retrieval Support (1 session)

For IVF cycles only.

Scheduled either a few days prior to or shortly after retrieval to support recovery, circulation and stress reduction.

4️⃣ Embryo Transfer (1 session)

Ideally scheduled on the day of transfer, either before or after.

Focuses on supporting relaxation, circulation and the uterine environment around the time of transfer.

5️⃣ Post-Transfer / Luteal Phase Support (2 sessions)

Provides support during the post-transfer period, with a focus on relaxation and the luteal phase.

Suitable for both IVF and FET patients.
