ACC Accredited Employers Policy

For injuries in the workplace.

If your workplace is part of the ACC’s Accredited Employers Programme (AEP) your claim will be processed differently to those whose claims are managed directly by the ACC.

This means:

  • Your claim will be treated the same as other private health claims

  • You’ll pay upfront at the time of your appointment

  • We will provide receipts to support your claim

  • You’ll seek reimbursement directly from your workplace ACC provider

Burwood Acupuncture does not deal directly with any workplace ACC agent due to time-consuming administration and delayed payment processing.
